At each appointment we will discuss what current blockages, imbalances or issues you may be facing.
Once a priority issue has been established we will conduct your session with you on a massage table for comfort and ease of access for the practitioner. Please wear loose comfortable clothing for your appointment.
During your session various protocols and techniques will be utilised to uncover the root cause of the imbalance you are experiencing. Kinesiology uses muscle montioring to access the subconscious mind, your practitioner will also lightly hold acupressure points, work with the subtle bodies, meridian pathways chakras and other vibrational tools such as crystals, essential oils, flower essences, sound and colour to assist in clearing any stressors.
Once your session is complete we will assess the need for any at home action items needed to support your self healing and determine the best time for next session based off muscle monitoring.
When a client wants to deal with a particular concern it is recommended that they attend at least three sessions to give the body time to assimilate the changes.
It is requested that if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please do so asap as it allows your practitioner to give the slot to someone on the waiting list.
